Where is my data stored?
On EU servers that we run for you. You install nothing and maintain nothing — we take care of servers, backups and updates. Your item list with stock levels can be exported as CSV at any time.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We host exclusively on servers within the EU, sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you, and transfer no data to non-EU countries. We support your documentation and deletion obligations with clear processes. Read the DPA (German) →
What if I want to leave?
No lock-in. Your items and stock levels are stored in a structured form and can be exported as CSV at any time. You take your item list with you whenever you like.
We have over 2,000 items in Excel. How much work is the switch?
Save Excel as CSV, upload it, map the columns — realistically an afternoon. We walk you through it step by step, and on request we handle the import for you completely. Excel stays as a safety net until you trust Erntedepot.
What does it cost?
A flat rate, no per-user fees: managed cloud for €49/month flat, no matter how many staff have access. Optionally we set everything up for you once for €490.
